We had Matt come to our house and clean carpets in our living room, entryway, stairs, and the youngest kids rooms (the most spilled-on/trafficked areas) and he did a great job! He was on time, professional, and our carpets looked and smelled great when he was done! We will definitely be returning customers.

We were having company and had a limited window, and with white carpeting it was important it be cleaned. Rico came and did an amazing job. He was able to make it look new again. There was a real stubborn spot and he came back before our guests came and used a special solution that was magic. Thank you, we are so happy with your service and know who we will call in the future!

I called for an emergency cleaning for my bedroom, where my dog had diarrhea all over while I was at work...So gross! I reached out to them on messenger, and Rico came within an hour and a half! I got home from work that evening, and it looks as if it never happened! So grateful!! I would give them 10 stars if I could!!!

Super professional service all around from scheduling my appointment to the actual work performed for me. I had a sick dog that made a mess all over multiple rooms, and RCC went out of their way to schedule me in right away before the stains set too badly. Matt was our cleaner and he was so friendly and professional. He did a far better job getting the fresh AND old stains out than I was expecting was even possible. Matt was also really patient and great to my kiddos and pets that seemed to keep getting under foot, and he just went above and beyond to exceed my expectations. Highly recommend.

I had a very serious case of Covid a couple of years ago and until recently haven't been able to keep up on the house (deep cleaning) due to the after effects and fatigue. I called red carpet to help me get my house back in order. lol. RICO IS THE MAN!!! I work from home, so I had very little interaction with Rico, but nonetheless while I was in meetings he worked a miracle in my family room.

I cam across Red Carpet Cleaning Quad Cities from a Google search and am happy I did! I put an inquiry on the website and had a prompt reply to schedule. I was looking for upholstery cleaning for a sectional couch. Red Carpet was able to fit us into their schedule quickly and even called when they were ahead of schedule to see if they could come early (it worked for us but the employee said our normal scheduled time would still be fine too). Rico, the technician from Red Carpet, was pleasant and professional! He gave us clear expectations on the time the cleaning would take an dhow long after it would take for drying. In addition, we couldn't be happier with the outcome! Our couch looks like new and smells great! We will absolutely be using this company in the future and recommend to all!

Highly recommend! We rent and our carpet is a couple years old with 3 kids, 3 cats, and 2 dogs. Our carpet now looks like brand new and smell amazing! Definitely going to have them done again, and thinking of getting on an every 6 months or once a year schedule. To top it off, the technician was very friendly and very knowledgeable and explained everything when I had questions. I thought the price was very fair also.

I had a flight of stairs cleaned, and a big couch and two recliners. The couch had some pretty nasty lingering smells that were GONE after that cleaning. I had a question about the stairs after they were done, and the gentleman did not hesitate to come back and check it out, no charge. I'm very happy with all the work that was done. Very hard working, pleasant guy, did a great job!
