I had such a great experience with this company! We had some very difficult stains and they worked so hard to get them out. They were also very honest when I showed the stains. One was a large red nail polish stain and they promised to do their best but couldn't guarantee complete removal. Well now it is almost completely gone! Great experience and I'm happy to recommend them.

Mike and his crew absolutely exceeded my expectations with the clean done today. I had the carpets done in 4 rooms, carpeted stairs, & a large sectional cleaned- it all looks excellent! They are very professional and enjoyable to work with. We will definitely be utilizing their services regularly in the future- highly recommend!

Red Carpet Cleaning was awesome! My restaurant has high traffic and these guys pre treated all the traffic pattern's and the carpet looks great. Easy to work with super helpful in setting back up the restaurant.

I highly recommend this company! They did an amazing job on my carpet I had a Hershey chocolate syrup stain and you can't even tell that it was there! Mike was amazing, excellent customer service, very helpful information. I will most definitely be using this service for the near future.

I came across Red Carpet Cleaning Quad Cities from a Google search and am happy I did! I put an inquiry on the website and had a prompt reply to schedule. I was looking for upholstery cleaning for a sectional couch. Red Carpet was able to fit us into their schedule quickly and even called when they were ahead of schedule to see if they could come early (it worked for us but the employee said our normal scheduled time would still be fine too). Rico, the technician from Red Carpet, was pleasant and professional! He gave us clear expectations on the time the cleaning would take and how long after it would take for drying. In addition, we couldn't be happier with the outcome! Our couch looks like new and smells great! We will absolutely be using this company in the future and recommend to all!
